🧀 Parmesan Potatoes (Crispy, Savory & Golden)

These are crispy on the outside, soft inside, and coated in salty, nutty Parmesan—perfect as a side for steak, chicken, or roast beef.

🥔 Ingredients
Potatoes (baby potatoes or regular cut into chunks)
Olive oil or melted butter
Salt & black pepper
Garlic powder (optional but great)
Paprika (optional for color and flavor)
Grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
🔥 Step 1: Prep the potatoes
Cut potatoes into even-sized chunks
Boil for 8–10 minutes until just fork-tender (don’t overcook)
