ONE PAN SHRIMP FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

INGREDIENTS:
For the Shrimp and Pasta:
1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups Fettuccine Noodles
Black Pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Freshly chopped Parsley, for garnish

For the Alfredo Sauce:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp unsalted Butter
½ cup whole milk
2 cups chicken broth1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

HOW TO MAKE ONE PAN SHRIMP FETTUCCINE ALFREDO:
Step 1. Place skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

Step 2. Once oil is hot, add shrimps and cook them until opaque; remove from skillet and set aside.

Step 3. In the same skillet, add garlic and butter, sauté until fragrance, then add chicken broth, milk and fettuccine noodles.

Step 4. Cover the skillet and cook until noodles reach desired doneness.

Step 5. Remove the lid, reduce heat, add heavy cream, and continue to cook until the sauce become sthick.
Step 6. Return cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss gently to coat.

Step 7. Once ready, transfer the fettuccine alfredo to the serving dish, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
