6. When to Consume With Caution
Beets are incredibly healthy, but there are a few exceptions:

- Those who get startled by beet-colored urine (yes, “beeturia” is a real, harmless thing!)
Aside from these situations, beets are safe for most people and easy to include in a balanced diet.
