Instructions
1. Generously spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, onions, garlic, crumble, and brown beef
until it is no longer pink.
3. Drain any excess grease.
4. In a separate bowl, create a creamy sauce by mixing cream of sour cream, mushroom soup, and
milk.
5. Add this mixture to the skillet and stir to combine thoroughly.
6. Add black beans and the sweet corn to the skillet and stir to ensure a well-blended mixture.
