Distribute the buffalo ranch chicken mixture evenly over the dough. Evenly scatter shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top.
Starting from one long edge, roll dough firmly into a log. Pinch and seal both ends to secure filling. Place seam-side down on a greased or non-stick baking sheet.
Transfer baking sheet to oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. Allow baked roll to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice into even portions and serve hot with pizza sauce, ranch, or blue cheese dressing for dipping, as desired.
