2β3 tbsp achar (pickle) + 1β2 tbsp pickle oil
1 onion (sliced)
2β3 garlic cloves (chopped)
1β2 green chilies (optional)
1 small tomato (optional)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
Β½ tsp turmeric (optional)
Β½ tsp black pepper
Salt (very little, since pickle is salty)
Fresh coriander for garnish
