Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo Pasta

Cook fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Season both sides of the sirloin steaks evenly with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Transfer to a plate, cover loosely, and let rest for several minutes before slicing.

In the same skillet used for steaks, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Gorgonzola and Parmesan cheeses. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce thickens and cheese is fully melted.
