How to Make Onion, Garlic & Ginger Syrup at Home
Ingredients:
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2–3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (grated)
- 2–3 tablespoons of honey
Instructions:

- Mix all ingredients in a glass container
- Let it sit for several hours (or overnight)
- The mixture will release natural juices and form a syrup
- Strain if desired and store in the refrigerator
