Ingredients
1–2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of milk
Optional: a little honey
Steps
Crush or chop the garlic
Add it to a small pot with the milk
Heat gently (avoid boiling too aggressively)
Let it simmer for 5–10 minutes
Strain if you prefer, and let it cool slightly before drinking
