🥩 Asafo Ribeye Steak Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 ribeye steaks (about 300–350g each)

• 2 tbsp olive oil (or ghee for richer flavor)

• ½ tsp asafoetida (hing)

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tsp ground cumin

• 1 tsp ground coriander

• ½ tsp turmeric powder

• 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional for depth)

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• Salt & black pepper, to taste

• Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Prepare the steaks

• Pat ribeyes dry with paper towels.

• Season both sides with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
