Very Easy No-Bake Cheese Bread

Ingredients:

Makes 10-12:

1 cup tapioca starch (120 g)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, Parmesan, or a blend) (60 g)
1/4 cup milk (60 ml)
2 tablespoons oil or butter (30 ml)
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Oil for frying (optional, if you prefer to fry them instead of pan-frying)
