How long can I store this in the refrigerator?
The dish can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days when placed into an airtight container. You could also freeze the dish for up to 3 months.

Can I add a different protein?
You could substitute Chicken for beef easily. If you choose no meat, feel free to add tofu to the meal instead.

Ingredients:
½ to 1 pound Ground beef, lean

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

4 Garlic Cloves, freshly minced

½ head of Cabbage, shredded

1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced into strips

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Cornstarch

½ cup cold Water

1 tsp Black Pepper

How to make Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry:
Step 1. In a Wok or large skillet, add the oil and heat over medium high heat

Step 2. Saute the garlic for 15 seconds

Step 3. Crumble and add the ground beef to the skillet

Step 4. Cook until the beef is no longer pink

Step 5. Drain the grease from the skillet

Step 6. Add the bell pepper and the cabbage to the skillet
