Rustic No-Knead Rosemary Garlic Bread (Easy Artisan Bread at Home)


1 Mix the Dough
In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, garlic, and rosemary.
Add warm water and mix with a spoon until you get a sticky dough.

No kneading needed!

2 Let It Rise
Cover the bowl and let it rest at room temperature for 12–18 hours.
The dough should become bubbly and double in size.

3 Shape the Dough
Lightly flour your hands and surface.
Gently fold the dough a few times and shape into a ball.

4 Second Rest
Place on parchment paper and let rest for 30–45 minutes.

5 Preheat
Put a Dutch oven inside the oven and preheat to 230°C (450°F).

6 Bake
Place the dough (with parchment) inside the hot pot.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden.

7 Cool
Let it cool before slicing to keep the texture perfect.
