The Symbolism of Eyes
Historically, eyes have held immense symbolic value. In ancient Egypt, the Eye of Horus represented protection, health, and wisdom. In Hinduism, the third eye symbolizes intuition and spiritual insight. Even in modern literature and art, eyes are often depicted as portals to a character’s true nature.
Why do humans attach such meaning to eyes? Part of it lies in our biology: our eyes unconsciously reveal emotions. Microexpressions—tiny, involuntary facial movements—can betray feelings we try to hide. Happiness, sadness, fear, anger, and surprise are all detectable through subtle cues in the eyes. How to Do the Exercise

Find Images of Eyes: Look for at least four distinct sets of eyes. These can be from photographs, artwork, or even a mirror reflection of your own eyes. Ensure each set has unique characteristics—different colors, shapes, expressions, or moods.
Focus and Choose: Take a deep breath, clear your mind, and without overthinking, choose the two eyes that resonate with you most. Trust your instinct.
Reflect: Consider why you chose those eyes. Did you feel drawn to their warmth, mystery, or intensity? Your subconscious will often guide you toward insights that your conscious mind may overlook.
