Step 1. Add water to a pot over medium heat. Once the water is hot, add elbow macaroni and cook
according to package directions until al dente, drain, and set aside.

Step 2. Place a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

Step 3. Once the oil is hot, add ground beef and cook until the color turns brown.

Step 4. Drain excess grease and add green peppers, diced onions, and garlic to the skillet.

Step 5. Sauté for 5 minutes until vegetables are softened.
