Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries

You could use Sweet Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes are said to be healthier when it comes to potato varieties.

Ingredients:
2 large Russet Potatoes

3 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated

2 tsp Garlic, freshly minced

2 tbsp Olive Oil

½ tsp Salt (optional)

¼ tsp Pepper (optional)

How to make Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 450*

Step 2. Cut the potatoes into strips, keeping same size

Step 3. Place the potato strips in a large bowl

Step 4. Add the Olive Oil, minced Garlic, Parmesan, salt and pepper
