This is a classic dish that has been around forever, at least I believe it has. The Cucumber, tomato and onions in a marinade have been a summertime favorite as long as I can remember. Thankfully, more people are realizing that this is a perfect side dish for anytime of the year.
This salad type dish is super easy to make, takes very few ingredients and is refreshing and delicious. There are many variations of the Cucumber, Tomato and Onion recipe, understandable, people make foods the way they like. Out of all that I have tried, I put this one together and I feel it tastes the best and I believe you are going to think so too!
